Do it! You don't need any training. It's much easier than pushing through the city on a skateboard. Just persuade one or two friends to join, go to the next rental shop and ask for a flat, entry route. Tip: You'll almost certainly be able to rent a helmet, but you should be sure to bring along some solid shoes. Sneakers or tennis shoes are perfect. With flip-flops or high heels you'll probably find it less fun than your friends.
